Melanie is nice, but she needs to learn how to work more efficiently and follow cleaning instructions provided by the homeowner. She spent nine hours cleaning two levels of a four level house that generally takes 4 - 5 hours by other house cleaners.

has a great attitude and puts in solid effort. I could tell she was thorough and wanted to do a good job, which I truly appreciate. However, the time taken was much longer than expected—1.5 hours for a small bathroom and 3 hours for just two. It felt like the work was stretched out rather than optimized. I’m more than happy to pay for 6 hours of work as long as the cleaning done aligns with that timeframe. Hoping for a bit more efficiency next time!
