She was a nice lasso but My experience didn’t go as expected!! I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED! First I had issues with scheduling. I scheduled 3 times and it was canceled. I continuelsy rescheduled.. However, 3 days before I finally received confirmation that she was coming Friday for 4 hours!! However , I got a text the night before asking if she could reschedule again. I then asked if there was anyway possible she could come later as I had rearranged my schedule ( she agreed and arrived 2 hours later then expected at 10:30). I showed her around and reiterated what I needed cleaned as I had left those on the website in the notation area and She acknowledged and started cleaning. She finished cleaning at 1:15PM. That is 2 hours and 45 minutes and I had paid for 4 hours. She left baseboards and areas that I specified that I needed cleaning untouched. I would not recommend this company or cleaner if you want thoroughness as well as what you paid for! NEVER AGAIN. if you want a good house cleaning service this is not the place or person to utilize.

The cleaning was fantastic! I was out of town for three days and my boyfriend was here with Araceli came. I left a list of things that I really cared about and when I came home the house was GORGEOUS! This house hadn't been fully cleaned in over six months due to my grandmother's illness. I was so tired from caring for her that I didn't have the energy to clean, but Araceli and her sister did an incredible job. They brought life back into the house and took a huge burden off of me after my grandmother's passing. They took extra care with the teak furniture and hardwood floors. They dusted every surface, cleaned out every corner of cobwebs, and left the entire house shining. I cannot wait to have them back for a regular service.
