Denise was very personable. She did a good job on the things she did. However things were not put back where they were. Missed spots when dusting. When the 4 hrs were up, she was done but my house was not! Did not clean one of the bathrooms at all. Did not mop kitchen floor. As I told Denese I too am an experienced cleaner of 20 years. My patio home should have taken no more than 3 hours. I have cleaned for people in our community and I could get done in a little over 2 hours. But to leave the job incomplete is not acceptable!! And all this after being 3 hours late due to car problems. Needless to say I will not be using Denese again.

My cleaner was late for our first appointment due to some family issues. We decided to go with her again because she did a decent job of cleaning. We were scheduled for 4 on a certain day and we got a text at 5 saying she had more personal issues and was just finishing Another job and asked if she should ask come or pick a docent day. We canceled and we aren't comfortable with having this cleaner again. We are sorry for her loss but we just aren't comfortable with her again. We need someone that comes when they are scheduled. We understand being a few minutes late. I own my own business and customer service is our most important goal.
