BIOGRAPHY

Earl is a family man who used to work for the Oakland Unified School District as a custodian before coming to Homeaglow. As the father of two sons, he has plenty of experience in turning a mess into a clean home again. Earl takes pride in having a detailed eye and seeing what others may miss. He doesn't miss a spot and his clients don't miss any opportunity to have him back! While Homeaglow provides Earl the ability to schedule appointments around his family, its Homeaglow's clients that are the best part to Earl.

I was really pleased with Earl, he spent a lot of quality time helping me get my bathroom, living room and kitchen together. I'm going to recommend him to another family member of mine. Earl was really nice, very professional, and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my cleaning. I think he did a great job with the hardwood floors in my apartment, getting rid of some mold on the shower ceiling. There were just a few little details he needed to be reminded of - windows and baseboards specifically. I think the kitchen floor looked clean, but upon inspection, looked like it could have been a bit cleaner.

The young lady's English was not understandable, and she did not understand me. She did not know how to run a dishwasher, and was not a professional cleaner. In my kitchen, my dishwasher is full of dirty water after the cycle is finished, my counters have not been wiped down, and the floor was not cleaned. The young man finished early and asked if I was ok with him leaving early. I agreed, but after they both left, I found several things that should have been done that were not, like fresh towels were not hung in the bathroom, my stairs were not swept or cleaned, my pillow cases on the bed were not changed, although the duvet and sheets were changed. This is my second time using you, and your cleaners are nice and friendly, but they are not well trained and are not professional cleaners. I'm not sure if I'll use you again. Maybe I'll try to find someone who is a professional cleaner.

Earl was great. Incredibly friendly, gave me the run down on his normal routine and asked if I had any spots that I wanted him to focus on. I could tell that he really tried to wipe down every little corner in the apartment. My only one tiny wish was that he swept/mopped the entry way a little more because there was still some dust/paper pieces on the floor. Despite that tiny thing, he did a great job and my apartment feels so much cleaner now!!

I have used Homeaglow a handful of times in the past and this was the only unsatisfactory cleaning I've had. He arrived 1/2 hour late, and only stayed 2 hours 15 mins even though I had paid for 3. He did not clean the dishes or the stove top. He ruined our shower curtain by spilling some sort of cleaning agent/bleach on it. He did not dust any surface or mop the bathroom floor. Our small 700sq foot 1 bedroom apartment should have been easy to clean in 3 hours, but the apartment was only marginally cleaner after he was done. I'm very disappointed in the cleaning.

he did a basic surface cleaning. I specifically told him what I wanted him to focus on and he did but I could have done what he did-better. there is no difference other than a surface cleaning, he needed to put some scrubbing into the job. nice guy and had a good feeling about him and leaving him but I just think he needs to pay attention to detail and scrub
