She was exceptionally fantastic, and renewed my faith in this company. My first experience was so so, my second cleaner rescheduled 3 times then never showed, But Elia was incredible! She went above and beyond and helped with organizing my things as well as cleaning. I would love to have her and her male assistant back in my home again. They were fast and friendly and did a great job at the tasks they completed. I’m very thankful for their help today.

She refused to wear a mask bc it wasn’t in the notes. I’m hello we’re in a global pandemic. She also left a mess for me to clean up with a bunch of things not put back and out of place(which I didn’t see until she was gone) Didn’t offer to stay longer and spent a much longer time in the bathrooms then necessary. I found dust in all corners of each room, on the window sills and under the 12 inch high bed. All around I’d say she’s good she just need to more attentive and utilize her time management better. Also, WEAR A MASK!

Elia was very friendly, but unfortunately I didn't feel the job was completed to the best. I booked for six hours one cleaner and she showed up with another male cleaner who did not seem to assist her as he should. Took all my table settings off and i thought they were going to shake off the tablecloth but didn't do that either. Left some things in disarray. Overall I think if she was working alone the end result wouldn't have been quite as sloppy...

First she showed up late she said she would give me an extra 30 min my house was empty and my husband had cleaned a little of the bathrooms before she came. When I talked to her she said that each bathroom took 45 min and I needed her to clean the floors and the counters my husband saw the counters and the stove and they were still dirty.
