Only had a small 1100 sq ft home to clean, and was only asked to clean 1 of the 3 bedrooms to make use of her time in the main living areas. Some floors were moped, but no vacuuming took place. I have dogs so vacuuming is something that needs to happen for the home to feel remotely clean. Additionally, kitchen and bathroom counters were wiped off, but no other surfaces in the rest of the house were dusted. Disappointed.

Felicia was personable and polite. She came in about 10 minutes late. Also the job was done very superficially. None of my specifics were addressed. After she left, when I went to inspect details, nothing except the floors were cleaned thoroughly.

She was 45 minutes late. She didn't clean the master bathroom tub or sinks. She didn't vacuum the stairs. My house is clean, so I pay attention to details. She didn't dust the master bedroom. She didn't pass the White glove test. I was supposed to get Jennifer and the day before the appointment, I was switched to Felicia. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately came home to a very sticky floor that you could see spray marks all over of cleaner that had not been wiped up. Neglected to do small things like move soap bottles to wipe the shelves in the shower. Also noticed that a red wine ring from a bottle of wine that had been on the counter the night before remained. I keep my home quite clean and expect more attention to detail since there isn't much to be done.

Yes, it was good. Felicia is wonderful, she came on time and worked hard. She also brought her own cleaning supplies, which was helpful. She also did a great job cleaning the backyard, which was pretty messy. One suggestion I would make is that she should perhaps bring along a vacuum cleaner as well. Will recommend Felicia, and consider having her come back again.

The cleaning was good, however Felicia was 25 minutes late and judging by when I received the 'complete' confirmation, did not stay 25 minutes longer to make up for it. This may be considered above and beyond, but cleaners in the past had folded clean laundry if it was left sitting out which Felicia did not.
