Extremely disappointed with the recent cleaning that Gerard did for our house. There were so many errors and misses. Where do I start?
While he was cleaning the bathroom, he put all the toiletries in my bedroom on a table and never bothered to keep them back. While cleaning the kitchen, he put everything - soap, sponges in the sink and never put them back. He also put a bowl of soaked lentils that were on the slab in the sink while cleaning. Again, never putting them back in place.
As soon as he entered, we told him that we need a kitchen shelf cleaned off maple syrup. He completely skipped it and when we texted him about it after, he had no idea what we were talking about.
To be fair, he did clean up the floors okay. Vacuumed and mopped them.
However, it seemed like he was just doing the bare minimum and not bothered about doing it hygienically as well. Would not recommend.

Extremely disappointed with the recent cleaning that Gerard did for our house. There were so many errors and misses. Where do I start?
While he was cleaning the bathroom, he put all the toiletries in my bedroom on a table and never bothered to keep them back. While cleaning the kitchen, he put everything - soap, sponges in the sink and never put them back. He also put a bowl of soaked lentils that were on the slab in the sink while cleaning. Again, never putting them back in place.
As soon as he entered, we told him that we need a kitchen shelf cleaned off maple syrup. He completely skipped it and when we texted him about it after, he had no idea what we were talking about.
To be fair, he did clean up the floors okay. Vacuumed and mopped them.
However, it seemed like he was just doing the bare minimum and not bothered about doing it hygienically as well. Would not recommend.
