I had Airbnb Guests that vacated the premises due to the in complete cleaning of the house. Rotting dishes were left in pools of murky water. The entire porch filled with trash. Trash bags left by the garage not in the trashcan. The house smells like moldy water yesterday and guests vacated Costing us rental income. The dishes, the garbage, and the porch could’ve been done in an additional hour. Why didn’t you reach out and ask for an additional hour to complete the cleaning? I don’t understand how you can leave such a mess unattended.

Jackeline is always my favorite! She is so great because she just get's into high gear and goes! I had to work today and didn't even hardly give her directions and she went above and beyond. I did request dusting, and in Jacky fashion, she basically washed the sofas and the blinds :) she is awesome.

Was there something that took longer than usual to prevent some of the basic things I figured would be done to be missed (wiping kitchen counters, changing sheets we had laid out, no vacuum upstairs, wipe windows and appliances, mop floors)? We are hoping to find someone to come back regularly, but this may not work out unless the basic cleaning expectations can be met.

She spent most of her time on my guest room and guest bath including rearranging furniture and accessories, none of which was requested. She cleaned my office and finally got to the point where she was able to give a lick and a promise to the main part of the house and completely ran out of time before having any chance to even enter my bedroom or bath. She needs to understand how to ration her time among the tasks and space. I was very disappointed. I don’t want her again.

I was very pleased with Jacqueline. She came and went straight to work. My stove top and kitchen sink almost look brand new after her muscle work to get it cleaned. Jacqueline is very personable and I would definitely use her again. I've in the middle of reorganization, remodeling and painting and will be scheduling her again in the future and each project is complete and I need assistance with cleaning.

She spent most of her time on my guest room and guest bath including rearranging furniture and accessories, none of which was requested. She cleaned my office and finally got to the point where she was able to give a lick and a promise to the main part of the house and completely ran out of time before having any chance to even enter my bedroom or bath. She needs to understand how to ration her time among the tasks and space. I was very disappointed. I don’t want her again.

Jackie is the best. I don't worry at all. She comes and regardless of if I'm there or not, or frazzled she just takes care of it! this time the rooms were different and she just made sure to use the extra time to do an extra great job on floors and hard to reach places. This is why she's my go to!

I don't like that she automatically booked me for future appointments, that should be my option, and that she booked me for 3 hours when I live in 372 sq ft...2 hours should be plenty! Overall a good job, but there were some distractions since her babysitter canceled and she had to bring her child along. I didn't mind this so much, but felt like it cut into my cleaning time a bit and some spots I asked about were left unaddressed.

Jacqueline did an amazing job! Not only is she extremely personable she works her booty off. Our Master bedroom & bath look fabulous & our floors are SO CLEAN. We have a 75 lb dog so it's a challenge to keep the floors clean... I definitely look forward to her next visit...

I was very pleased with Jacqueline. She came and went straight to work. My stove top and kitchen sink almost look brand new after her muscle work to get it cleaned. Jacqueline is very personable and I would definitely use her again. I've in the middle of reorganization, remodeling and painting and will be scheduling her again in the future and each project is complete and I need assistance with cleaning.
