We asked for a deep clean since we are having a baby this week. We asked that she dust hard to reach places, clean floors and scrub baseboards and deep clean baseboards. NONE of this is done. The tub doesn't look cleaned, the floors cleart haven't been mopped, counters aren't even wiped down and nothing looks dusted. Not only did our original cleaner have to cancel but then this rescheduled one did nothing. Dumb on our parts for leaving a cash tip in advance. Horrible experience and now our home is not clean in time for our babys arrival and the many guests we will have to host.
