Thorough and consistent cleaning provided. From one-time specific tasks such as oven or refrigerator cleanings, to pressure washing decks and patio furniture in preparation for summer, to bi-monthly whole home maintence cleanings, to cleaning gutters, backyards, windows. Deep cleaning of barbeque grills, scrubbing outdoor ironwork or ornaments. Garage cleanups, basement cleanups. Attic and closet organization/edits. I am a Virgo. Didn't bring any cleaning supplies as Homeaglow service said he would. We had to scrape together the cleaning supplies that we had on hand. Had we known we would have gotten more cleaning supplies. Didn't seem to follow our cleaning notes, the bathrooms were to be his main focus and they were lightly cleaned. Didn't seem to be very efficient with his time, 6 hours of cleaning did not get the level of clean we expected.

VERY thorough, VERY competent, VERY energetic, pleasant and polite. Anticipates what chores need to be done and asks. I enjoyed not having to follow him around telling him what to do. Made the cleaning experience satisfying with a sense of accomplishment, I will ask for his services for the dates I have scheduled.

John was much more through than I expected, I would say as a result make sure you book him for a longer time. I just had two and a half hours so that was only time to have the bathroom and dishes done, though he did an amazing job with those. I can see how he would be a great cleaner with enough time given, he went above and beyond doing things like washing my toiler plunger and cat dishes, however in the past I had used another cleaner who did pretty much all the surface stuff (floors, counters, furniture) within two hours, which is more what I was used to. This was more of a deep clean so be prepared for that and the time it takes. He was also about three hours late, I'm not sure what the public transit situation was but that did seem a bit excessive. Not a negative review per se, just a different type of cleaning than I am used to.
