Hi! My name is Krista, I currently work at Walt Disney World and I have about 3 years of cleaning experience from being a custodian around the property with Disney. Everything I know is from working at Disney. I do my very best to look at every detail of my cleaning tasks, especially the little details are taken care of. I enjoy cleaning and knowing that the job is done, which I love seeing people’s reaction on my work.

Krista texted me in advance to touch base, when she was on her way and again when she arrived. She arrived early and found out where I wanted her to start. She did an excellent job on the bathrooms, but forgot to empty garbage. She was very efficient in her 2.5 hours that we booked her. She did clean our wooden stairs, but whatever product was used made the wood very slippery. This is a concern as we have a 14 month old. Overall, she did a good job, was professional and polite.

Krista was on time, texted when she was almost there and when she arrived. She followed most of the directions. Everything seemed to be done expect when I got to the bathroom, the bathtub was not clean at all. Then she I looked at the sink and it was half cleaned the floor was not not mopped.
