Hello, my name is Sylvia! I'm Now cleaning with a hand steamer-mop as well as elite carpet shampooer. People describe me as the best helping hand- I specialize in tasks others do not notice or prefer not to do. I am trustworthy, reliable, and I have a great team player attitude. Deep cleaning and organizing are my talents . If you are moving out or moving in and need a real deep clean I would like to know ahead of time. If doors are closed I will not pursue to clean. Please consider me for employment and I hope to clean for you soon. I personally prefer Three and a half hours or more so things are not rushed or skipped over. It was great - there needs to be more bleach scrub in the underneath of the tiles in the shower - there is mold that is growing there. This is where the tiles meet the floor of the shower.

I booked 3 hrs cleaning for two small rooms and 1 tiny bath. Sylvia arrived 10 min late, she didn’t bring any detergents/chemicals to clean!!!!!! Just wash clothes. Spent 2 hrs in a bathroom. Vacuumed living room and my daughters room, did not even go to our bedroom. Smeared the counters in the kitchen, they are more dirty then before now. Did not touch the floor in the kitchen at all, did not clean the oven outside (at all). I had my regular cleaner move out of the area and in 3 hours she cleaned the whole house including baseboards and windows, I knew if I want baseboards and windows cleaned I have to pay more, but c’mon this is unacceptable. This looks worse then before. I have to hire someone else to clean after this cleaner. Wow, what a joke

Sylvia arrived late. Once there she did create magic, our move out was messy and she whipped through a great portion of the house quite fast. I had made a specific request for her to clean the cabinets and she didn't do them, this meant my landlord charged us an extra day and we had to do them ourselves. This was a stress I thought I could avoid by hiring a cleaner.
