Tracy is a delight, arrived early, and asked if I had any other preferences from what I'd posted online. She truly cleaned what I'd asked and not what was the norm from all of the other cleaning sites. She asked about my floors and bathroom. When she saw that I had an entirely wood/marble floor, she understood why that was my main priority. Tracy nailed its cleaning. Almost 36 hours later, my floors are spotless.
Good grief, even though I lost my beloved cat a few weeks earlier, she not only found every bit of fuzz, but much to my delight, she's a furry momma. Cleaning supplies didn't affect my allergies or offend my breathing, which Tracy explained before she used each one.
Bottom line, Tracy is a true gem.

When she saw that I had an entirely wood/marble floor, she understood why that was my main priority. Tracy nailed its cleaning. Almost 36 hours later, my floors are spotless.
Good grief, even though I lost my beloved cat a few weeks earlier, she not only found every bit of fuzz, but much to my delight, she's a furry momma. Cleaning supplies didn't affect my allergies or offend my breathing, which Tracy explained before she used each one.
Bottom line, Tracy is a true gem.
