Cleaning cancellations within 6 hours of your appointment are not refundable.
Once a Cleaning Professional has accepted your job request, your appointment is locked into their schedule and they cannot take on other clients during that time. Last-minute cancellations lead to unfillable time slots in your cleaner's schedule & lost earnings.
