What's Homeaglow's cancellation policy?
- Once a Cleaning Professional has accepted your job request, he or she has committed your appointment to their schedule and cannot accept other clients during that time. Cancellations up to 24 hours before your appointment are fully refundable. However, last-minute cancellations lead to unfillable time slots in your cleaner's schedule, so cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are charged in full. For the same reason, last-minute reschedules must be confirmed by your cleaner first.
- An appointment is officially canceled when your or your Cleaning Professional clicks the Cancel Job button on your job page.
- Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Customer Refund Policy, safety cancellations, or extenuating circumstances. Please review these exceptions. Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

Note: If your cleaning plan carries a minimum term of 3, 6, or 12 months, cancelling your cleaning plan before the end of the term will result in a cancellation fee of $99.
