What is a Priority Fee?
If you book a cleaning for or reschedule your appointment to a time slot less than 48 hours away, cleaners on Homeaglow may not have enough time to review and confirm your request.
To make sure that you will still be matched on time, Homeaglow prioritizes your request so that cleaners on the platform will see it immediately. A notification will appear if you select a time slot less than 48 hours out, and once you confirm your booking, a Priority Fee will be added to your cleaning cost.
The table below also includes an example of how your cleaning total will be calculated if you select a Priority timeslot:

If you would like to book a cleaning at the usual rates, simply select another date or time more than 48 hours in advance.
