What is the Premium Cleaner/Cleaning Fee?
Most customers prefer to be matched with highly-rated cleaners only.
To ensure that your bookings are prioritized by the top cleaners on Homeaglow, you have the option to set your requests’ Cleaner Experience Level to Premium. If selected, a Premium Cleaner/Cleaning Fee will be included in your cleaning cost.
Below is a sample calculation of your cleaning total with a Premium Cleaning Fee included:

| Your Cleaner’s Hourly Rate (with a ForeverClean discount) | x $25/hour |
| Cleaning Fee | = $75 |
| Processing Fee | + $11.25 (15% of your cleaning fee) |
| Premium Cleaning Fee | + $20 |
| Estimated Total | = $106.25 (taxes may apply) |
If you want to make changes, simply go to your dashboard’s upper left menu > select ‘Settings’ > click ‘Cleaner Experience Level’ > choose your preferred Level of Experience, and click ‘Save preference’.
