What is Homeaglow's reschedule policy?

Homeaglow makes it easy to reschedule as long as you and your customer mutually agree to the rescheduled time. Once you've reached an agreement with your client, you may update the job details by following the steps below.

If you're using the Homeaglow for Cleaners app:

  • Select your appointment with your client.
    • If the appointment start time has not passed yet, tap 'Manage' > 'Reschedule Job'.
    • If the appointment start time has already passed, tap 'Invoice' > 'No, I need to reschedule' and confirm your selection > 'Reschedule'.
  • Update the date/time of your appointment.
  • Once you're done, tap 'Save Changes' and confirm that your client approved the changes.

If you're using your browser:

  • Go to your dashboard's My Upcoming Jobs & Requests and select your appointment with your client.
  • Update the date/time of your appointment.
  • Once you're done, click 'Save Changes'.

If your client wants to reschedule, we recommend checking your schedule to see if you’re available at their preferred new time or date so that you can keep the job. As long as you’re able to accommodate your client, you may reschedule your appointment by following the steps below:

If you’re using the Homeaglow for Cleaners app:

  • Go to the 'My Jobs' tab, and select your upcoming appointment.
  • Scroll down to 'Help & Support' and tap 'Report an issue'.
  • Select ‘My client wants to reschedule’.
  • This will allow you to reschedule the appointment and remove it from your Claimed Jobs. However, please note that you will be required to submit evidence that your client wants to reschedule. This will be subject to our Cleaner Support Team’s review.

If you're using your browser:

  • Go to your dashboard's My Upcoming Jobs & Requests and select your appointment with your client.
  • Update the date/time of your appointment.
  • Once you're done, click 'Save Changes'.

If you can’t accommodate your client's request, advise them that they may reschedule the appointment via their own dashboard.


Reminders:

  • Unauthorized rescheduling without the client's permission will result in the deactivation of your account.
  • Do not claim jobs and then reschedule them without your client's permission.
