When will I be matched with a cleaner?

Your requested Cleaning Professionals are immediately notified of your request, and you will receive a notice once your appointment has been confirmed. 

If you have some flexibility in your availability, you can encourage a quicker response from your Cleaning Professional by including alternate dates & times so they can work with your schedule and help quickly make the best match:

From your Account Dashboard:

  1. Select your upcoming appointment
  2. Click 'Update preferred times'
  3. Select 'Add another time'
  4. Add your alternate dates and times, and click 'Reschedule' to confirm your changes

In the event no Cleaning Professional accepts your request 24 hours before your appointment, you will not be invoiced & you'll have the ability to resubmit your request for a later date with the same or different requested cleaners at no additional fee.
