Do I need my own transportation?
You'll need to provide your own transportation to clients. Most cleaners drive or take public transportation.
You are in complete control of the areas that you will cover, so you can set your Coverage Map to neighborhoods that are nearby or easily accessible.
If you're using the Homeaglow for Cleaners app:
You can access your Coverage Map by going to the 'My Account' tab > 'Cleaning settings' > 'Coverage area'.
- Swipe left or right to adjust your coverage distance from your home.
- Once you're done, click 'Save'.
If you're using your browser:
You may adjust the areas that you cover by visiting your Dashboard Menu > Coverage Map.
- Select the areas that you want to receive requests from.
- Once you're done, click 'Save'.
You'll also be able to view a customer's general location and their distance from your home before you claim their request.
