How can we help?

You set your pay rate & Homeaglow goes out & finds you clients. 

• Your total pay is shown on each job page before & after you claim
• If you feel your pay rate is above or below what you want to be making, scroll down to learn how to set your pay rate.

Important: When you update your pay rate, the new rate takes effect on all new requests. To avoid confusing your clients, your hourly rate for confirmed jobs and existing requests are not changed. 

You're in complete control to choose of choosing what hourly rate you charge. We encourage you to set a reasonable hourly rate usually based on:

• Your prior Homeaglow work experience and reviews
• The number of new customers you want to attract
• Your city's going rate for professional cleaning services

To adjust your current rate, follow the steps below.

If you're using the Homeaglow for Cleaners app:

1. Go to the 'My Account' tab.
2. Select 'Cleaning settings' > 'Hourly rate'.
3. Set your preferred hourly rate for new and repeat clients, and hit 'Save'.

If you're using your browser:

1. Click here, or
2. Click your name at the top right part of your dashboard.
3. Select 'Pay Rate' from the drop-down menu.
