What happens if I no-show my appointment?

No-showing an appointment leads to customer frustration, cancellations, and poor reviews for you.

No-shows can result in:

  1. The suspension or deactivation of your account.
  2. An automatic 1-star review for the appointment, which will affect your profile standing.

We do understand that some things may happen that are out of your control. If this is the case, we recommend calling your clients immediately and attempting to reschedule the job for a later date. If the client disagrees, cancel the job through your dashboard to ensure that your client will still be matched with another cleaner.
