i’m not sure why I was charged a expedited fee. When the original cleaner canceled my appointment. I should not be charged an additional priority fee. This app has been very difficult to schedule and sort of nailed down the appointments that are sent originally. Not sure if I wanna continue with the service.

Honestly Ive never been more pleased! Our home has never been so clean. Genesis worked so hard, we had the flu over Christmas so you could imagine how badly we needed a cleaning. I could not be more thankful!

She arranged to be here at 12 PM but didn't show up until 1:30 PM. Her vacume cleaner did not work and used ours. She arranged several in each room without first asking us.

April was EXCELLENT!!! Everything that I requested was completed from the blinds, ceiling fans, mirrors, to wiping down all appliances and even wiping down the chrome on the base of the kitchen chairs. Allycla was wonderful! She wasn’t overly chatty like some other cleaners I’ve had - she put her headphones on and did her thing! There were a couple of little things I noticed, like the kitchen rugs needed to be vacuumed and the hallway toilet could have been cleaned better behind the bidet nozzle, but it wasn’t a big deal and I’d definitely book her again.

Michael arrived right on time and got right to work. He was friendly and good with my kids! He did a very thorough job, and even pulled furniture out and to do deep cleaning as much as he could in the time frame. I would highly recommend Michael, and we will definitely have him back!
