Regina was very friendly and kind. She seems confused on what she was supposed to clean. Standard cleaning is what I booked. Wasn’t a thoroughly cleaned, shower was walls were not cleaned. window sills not cleaned. etc. but for the most part everything was tidy and neat.

Berta’s work ethic is great! I would give her five stars if I was fluent in Spanish. Somehow, though, we do manage to figure out what each of us are trying to say. Once she finishes cleaning an area she always calls me to check before she moves on, to see if anything else needs attention. Berta is a very good worker/cleaner.
