This is the first time i have used the service and didnt know what to expect. Candice sent her son and daughter in her place. They did a very thorough job and exceeded my expectations. I hope they can upgrade their equipment. It seems they had a show string for cleaning materials. Regardless they did a wonderful job for what they had.

Tracie is friendly and punctual. She deep cleaned my kitchen, cleaned one bath, and front room. She was flexible with my having added an extra hour of cleaning when she had unfortunately not gotten the message until the day of. She had another assignment shortly after, but she stayed a half hour to finish what she could of tackling the inside of the fridge.

She was on time . However, school has started back, so I was at work when she came. I think this will work better if I am home when she comes. The bed was not made like I expected and the guest bath was not cleaned. The steam mop was put away with the wet pads still on it. I am going to move the next appointment so that I can be home.

Shanquandra is always on time and will clean anything I ask her to clean. She will also come tell you to check the cleaning to make sure there was nothing she missed. If she did miss something, she will do it right away.
