She was very nice and understanding I just wish she communicated with me being late and than I told her every floor has to be mop and swept and my living room was left untouched and that the mist traffic and my main bathroom wasn't cleaned up to my standards the glass was still dirty and I still seen toothpaste residue

I felt as though if you were here for 3 hours from 9:30 to 12:30 she should have left at 12:30 and she could have cleaned the living room area with that extra time and tip.
