Nakia provided a great service. He was polite, professional, and punctual. When Nakia arrived, he asked about areas of concern or that needed special attention and got to work immediately. I was pleased with the outcome. I will be requesting Nakia for my biweekly cleanings.

Very nice job. Areas for improvement would be to invest in some shoe covers and make certain you detail your floors around the perimeters. That’s the easiest place for crumbs and dust to hide. Overall I’d have you back again.

The house smelled very clean when Neique was done. I appreciated her work. Overall good deep clean with a just few small dusting areas missed which wasn't a big deal to me but it might be to others so that's why it's four instead of five stars.

i was not home my husband reports what she accomplished was fine. He thought she was slow despite not having to clean any of my 4 bedrooms and she did not clean the downstairs living room and hallway just the bathroom.

Very respectful of my home, cleaned all 3 bathrooms, stairwell and vacuum my livingroom. If you do not want your products used I would recommend asking upfront versus assume they use their own products. I didn't mind the use of my products however I know some people may have other expectations so just keep that in mind when booking. Otherwise she did a good job.
