We had a special need to clean out our master bathroom. Sonya came instead of Mart. There wa a little confusion on me part, Sonya arrived at 10:10 am and left about 1:35 pm

Senta was a little late to our appointment, but made up for it with a really nice cleaning job. She’s friendly and thorough. Would definitely use her again.

Mr.Bryan was very professional. He came right on in and got to work. He brought all his supplies and even made sure to make special accommodations for our small baby that was home. He even gave me recommendations for my next cleaning . I highly recommend Mr.Bryan for all of your cleaning purposes. My home smells so good and floors look so much better. Tanya was absolutely wonderful! Very quick, efficient, and detailed. We have 3 dogs that shed nonstop and she found all the fur and got rid of it! She is so personable and great to chat with too! I really hope I can get her for all our future cleanings!

Jeffery is a very good deep cleaner but missed a few standard things like tables , counter tops , microwave and changing sheets. Also I am not sure it was his fault I will communicate better next time! Already tipped!

Great job, but took longer than my usual cleaner. Didn’t do dishes or take out trash in kitchen or second office. Granted, I didn’t request that, I’m just used to it happening. I am used to a bit more detail such as appliances wiped down, etc. I would use Shanley again, but would give more clear direction

She was really nice! I just moved into my apartment, so the living room was pretty empty. I wanted a deep clean. She did a good job cleaning the living room and the kitchen. My bedroom was clean, but I wish she would’ve swept the floor or something. I can’t really tell if anything was done to the bathroom.

Ahjohnee was courteous and professional. My home was in need of a deep cleaning in several key areas. Those areas are sparkling. I’ll be having her back to work on other areas.

Was 3 hours late and didn't communicate until she was already over 20 minutes late. Her cleaning was good and she got the hard water stains off my shower door. Didn't bring her own mop or swiffer, but had her own vacuum.

Alexis is a hard worker. Our house was left very clean, other than one issue. I’d suggest doing an initial walkthrough of your house/needs and see how long she thinks it will take before she starts. Communication could have been better, but it might just have been a one time thing.
