She is a hard and delicate worker, so a little bit slow with bathroom cleaning. But, the result was satisfied than previous cleaners. I highly recommend Raquel to person who need a good cleaner. I definitely hire her again for my shinny house.

Jeffery is a very good deep cleaner but missed a few standard things like tables , counter tops , microwave and changing sheets. Also I am not sure it was his fault I will communicate better next time! Already tipped!

Great job, but took longer than my usual cleaner. Didn’t do dishes or take out trash in kitchen or second office. Granted, I didn’t request that, I’m just used to it happening. I am used to a bit more detail such as appliances wiped down, etc. I would use Shanley again, but would give more clear direction
