She did well. Cleaned the entire home. She did stay 2hrs longer than requested and did not notify me that she was doing so, and that surprised me when the bill came.

Desiree did a great job. My downstairs carpet looks like new. She did miss the upstairs bathroom, but I don't think she knew it was there. It's a little hidden behind the kitchen, so not going to hold that against her. 😁

Deborah obviously read through the cleaning instructions and asked questions during our first appointment together. She heard my concerns and was extremely thorough with her work. Knowing that what I asked might not take the full amount of time, she asked to do extra tasks, like wipe the windows. I appreciate her so much.

She is an excellent organization wizard and asked very good questions initially to sort my home area while still allowing me to have things I use out in the open. She really spent a lot of time focusing on my big target areas for organization and mess. Hire her!

Jerrey and her friend were very sweet and quiet cleaners! I actually love that two of them showed up as they were able to get in/out much faster. Unfortunately one of them was allergic to dogs (I have two) and couldn't stay as long. I was pretty disappointed that most of the surfaces/shelves were not wiped/dusted, but this may have been because one of them had to leave sooner than anticipated.

Very thorough cleaning! Was late & didn’t stay the full hours asked. But cleaning was great & she worked really hard.

Above and beyond. Showed up 15 minutes early as well. I had an interview going on the same time as the clean so he was respectful of it and cleaned accordingly to it and it all worked out perfectly.
