How can I contact support when I have an issue?

The Help Center can answer most of your questions. Always start there! You may access this page from the upper right part of your dashboard at any time.

Homeaglow provides live cleaner support from 5 AM PST-10 PM PST seven days a week!

If you're using the Homeaglow for Cleaners app:

  1. Go to the 'My Account' tab.
  2. Under the 'Help & Support' section, tap 'Contact Homeaglow support'.

If you're using your browser:

  • Click your name at the top right part of your dashboard.
  • Select 'Help' from the drop-down menu.
