Johan did an excellent job of dusting, cleaning, and sanitizing my bedroom floor after my husband left for a special nursing facility earlier this week. And the kitchen and bathroom were also cleaned thoroughly and the pots and tea kettle were sparkling after he left, that's always a plus for me!

Kristen did a great job cleaning and we are happy with everything clean, but she needs to communicate ahead of time if more time to clean the house is necessary and she needs to be better about completing the priority areas first and showing up on time should be her priority, as well.

Hi Alison, Everything looks great at my son's house. I did notice that there is a lot of soap scum on the glass shower. Especially at the bottom of the shower doors. On your next visit can you please scrub the soap scum off. Not sure what product to use. I'll look for something on Amazon. A brush of some type. Thanks again!

Does great work in all rooms dusting, washing & vacuuming. Dusting the ceiling fans in 3 rooms & tops of tall bookcases & shelves too. Also moves furniture to vacuum because I have 2 male cats that chase each other all over the house leaving their fur all over. Ariel was awesome! She deep cleaned our bathroom for us and what a transformation — it was cleaner than when we moved in! She was super flexible and when she finished but still had time left asked us what else she could do which was super helpful. Will definitely be using her again in the future!
