She’s fast and efficient and very nice. The only thing is she does not speak English (used a phone translator) but it’s still difficult to communicate. She almost left without making the bed after washing the sheets etc. This is because of communication… but I would hire her again, she works hard and I’m sure has been thru a lot as Ukrainian

I appreciate what you did do, but I really needed a vacuum and an organizer. I didn't want the clutter on my kitchen counters. Don't get me wrong, you did a fine job with what you did, but I needed the vacuum and some organizing skills. That is why I am only giving four stars.

I only ever want Alejandra cleaning my house. She’s fast, easy to work with, communicates well and is an incredibly attention to detail oriented cleaner. Every cleaning, she seems to do a little bit more for me. Goes out of her way without even saying anything ahead of time. I’ve had a lot of cleaners on this app and have not been happy with many. She is a definite keeper.

Good worker…she will clean what is asked of her and some things that are not. She’s very friendly and sweet. I would say the only issue I have is the last two times, I was charged for the 4.5 hrs and she was not here for that time. Not sure if this is an administrative issue or employee issue. Nevertheless, I will use her again.
