She’s fast and efficient and very nice. The only thing is she does not speak English (used a phone translator) but it’s still difficult to communicate. She almost left without making the bed after washing the sheets etc. This is because of communication… but I would hire her again, she works hard and I’m sure has been thru a lot as Ukrainian

I would say the only issue I have is the last two times, I was charged for the 4.5 hrs and she was not here for that time. Not sure if this is an administrative issue or employee issue.
